Because everything is made to order/customized, I do not offer refunds. However, if there is a problem with your item upon receipt, please contact me and we can discuss options! If a refund is issued, the item must be shipped back to me with the correct shipping label. If the postal service loses or damages your items, that is out of my control and I cannot be held responsible. In the event that a shirt color is out of stock and I am unable to get it, I will contact you. You can choose a different shirt color, wait until it's in stock, or receive a refund.
